Blast One Month

Blast One Month
Is it possible for the economy to fix in one week? One month?

Before you blast me for how stupid this sounds, please bare with me. This is just hypothetical and I'm curious. What if every single person in the U.S. would come together and reach a consensus to fix the economy. Say everyone had to go buy this, or do that and everyone did. If this went flawlessly and every single person played their role to restore the economy, could everything be fixed in a week perhaps? A month? Or maybe it just doesn't work that way. Please enlighten me as to whether this would work or not. Thanks and God bless everyone in these hard times.

Your question is interesting. If you could get everyone to act as directed to do, and had the credit or cash to make the necessary purchases to start the economy rolling again. It would be possible to do it but I am sure it would take at least several months to get all the chain of manufacturing and distribution in place. This would require hiring people and all the other necessary steps be put back in place. I would think it would take at least 6 months.
