was this cheese okay to eat..?

I had some halloumi cheese about half an hour ago, and it's best before date was the 10th of August. It had only been opened once but has been kept in the packet in an old chinese container since. It was still wet and looked like new and didn't smell funny or anything - and tasted fine. Does that mean it was fine to eat?

You'll know by now, food poisoning generally takes about 45 mins to kick in. If you haven't seen the Halloumi already, you're unlikely to be seeing it in the near future, if you get my meaning.

Why do guys think super skinny girls are hot?

in intro to fcs today our teacher was talking about good eating habits, and someone who doesn't have good eating habits are models cause most of them are so skinny and their bones show all the time. this one gay guy at my table said "yeah but they're hot" and all the guys laughed along with him, including my ex (who recently dumped me) seriously when you hug them, there's NOTHING. just because their a twig doesn't mean their hot. i'm 5'2 and i'm not skinny, i am but i have muscle and most girls in our grade don't, so i guess i'm not considered hot (except by like 2 maybe 3 people) but why do guys have to be low like that and only date girls that dont even weigh 100 lbs?

and the only way they get breats is if they get plastic surgery

Not all guys do. Its the media mostly. It became the fashion starting in the 70's and 80's with the rise of the diet craze. Through out history, a healthier body has been considered a sign of fertility and beauty. Take a look back at the sexiest women in the 50's and 60's for example. They all had curves, you'd never see their ribs.

Don't listen to what TV, movies, and magazines tell you. And don't pay attention to guys who do either.

High School can be a crucible of the worst traits of our personalities. You will never encounter a place that is so rife with cliquishness, superiority complexes, and lack of self-confidence.

The best thing you can do is be who you are. Keep your head up and realize that if you feel healthy, then you are healthy. Be confident in yourself, and your beauty, and you can have any guy you want drooling for you.

any good scrapbooking ideas?

over these holidays, im planning to start my very own scrapbook, but how should i do it? and what kind of stuff should i put in it?? and what will i need to buy to start it off?

don't want one of those scrap booking kits, cause they suck.

im 13 by the way.

-stamps and stickers
-themed things
-scissors, glue, etc

and you could do a scrapbook about yourself and friends, family, holidays, beach that sorta thing .

just purchased, work out supplements and wondering what order to take them in.. and how to use them right?

ive been working out for along time now... getting off of roids..i recently purchased, H-DROL by competitive edge labs,E-STANE by CEL, bsn true mass, bsn cell mass, bsn n.o explode, axis-ht by bsn, as well as animal stak, and thinking about buying spawn prohormone before the supply is all gone... how should i take these in order for the most gains.. and dont reply saying just eat right,water and plenty of sleep.. because i do that as well..

ok, supplement are good and needed when working out. But you just bought a bunch of stuff!!! And I guess with all do respect, without knowing anything about it. That's wrong. You have strong pro hormone H-Drol, E-Stane....So please don't even think on buying Spawn!! Not that it's bad, it's a good Pro hormones, but you need to cycle that buddy!! I mean cycle on and off. You might and will need a pct (post cycle therapy) liver support, and again you need time off between them.

For example you need around 2 to 3 months off after taking E-Stane, and you need a PCT after that.

Anyway, I'm not gonna tell you how to use everything correctly, because I think it might be a waist of my time. You bought them without knowing what is what, so I don't know if you will listen to anybody.

Here's what I will do for you, because I don't want you to hurt yourself. I will give you a link for each one of them. Educate yourself, and use them right and don't mixed what's not needed to be mix. But I guess you will do whatever you want to do anyway.
