Can someone explain to me why this recipe helped Beyonce Knowles lose weight?

• Fresh squeezed lemon - 2 table spoons Make sure not to use the concentrates and the drink mixes as they have preservatives in them.
• Organic and / or the natural maple syrup - 2 table spoons The flavored syrups are not your pick as they too have preservatives.

If it was so easy to lose weight on a liquid diet, everybody would be fasting on water. The problem with fasting on water is that you start getting dizzy when you stand up too fast starting on the second or third day and you don't have a lot of energy. This is because of the lack of minerals. You need minerals for your nervous system so that your muscles can contract properly.

Beyonce's diet should keep you from getting dizzy while you avoid solid foods because it includes essential minerals, but the reason losing weight worked so well for her is because there is NO fat in that diet and I am sure she exercised too. However, few people have the mental discipline it takes to go without solid foods for very long. Nevertheless, a juice only diet is probably just as effective as Beyonce's diet, gives you plenty of energy, includes all the essential vitamins and minerals, and provides an unlimited variety of juices to choose from while you go without solid food.

How do I satisfy my desire for trying new food when i'm married to a picky eater?

I'm just looking for suggestions... I love trying all sorts of new food, and enjoy 95% of things I try. There is a man who is otherwise close to perfect for me, but he is very "plain" in what he likes to eat. He doesn't like special sauces, or really anything other than the basic staples of hamburgers, hot dogs, spaghetti, sandwiches, etc... I don't really want to cook my "special" meals for myself for the rest of my life, but living alone currently I know I miss the absence of "food experiments", at the same time it seems silly to pass him up for such a superficial reason. Any thoughts, words of encouragement, or suggestions? Thanks...

Try having one night a week as "exploration" night as far as food goes, say "Wednesday night, we are going to try something different" to eat. If you do that 52 times a year, you will have tried 52 different foods each year...win-win!

I have given up soda. The problem is I desperately need something to drink with flavor. Any suggestions?

I am looking for something without artificial sweeteners that is not too high in calories. Most juices are really high in sugar and calories. Please don’t suggest tea. A girl can only drink so much tea. Also I already know about adding fruit concentrate to my water, looking for another option. Thank you for your help in advance.

I usually just add an orange slice to the side, so whenever I get a sweet tooth urge, I just suck on the orange slice, it's really yummy without adding more that 10 Calories. haha

I really like the Fruity Nutty Madness bars by Weight Watchers, but frankly, they are a little pricey.
