Shake Mix Cookies
In this recipe, can i use crumbled crackers instead of bread crumbs?

INGREDIENTS

* 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
* 2 (1 ounce) packages ranch dressing mix
* 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Combine dressing mix and bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Add chicken and shake until coated.
3. Place coated chicken pieces on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Serve with rice or potatoes, if desired.

I dont have bread or bread crumbs.. so would it hurt or ould be the same or what if i used crackers instead?

The crackers will make it a little saltier than the bread crumbs, so if the recipe calls for additional salt, reduce the amount or omit it altogether. The texture will be slightly coarser than with bread crumbs, too, but other than that, you can substitute cracker crumbs with no problem.

4. In one study of 86 people with alopecia areata (a disease of unknown cause characterized by significant hair loss), those who massaged their scalps with lavender and other essential oils daily for 7 months experienced significant hair re-growth.

5. Aromatherapists also use lavender as a tonic in inhalation therapy to treat headaches, nervous disorders and exhaustion. Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema and acne, with lavender oil.

why did drinking make me so ill?

Hey guys
i had pina coladas, 3 of them.
I know you cant really taste the vodka in them because of all the cream and pineapple juice, but i was extremely ill. Since then i have been scared to drink more than a can.
Why was i so ill?
I was shaking and being sick.
Felt sick fro two days after :/
was it because i mixed my drinks, because i did have a budweiser aswell,but just one?
Will i feel this ill every time?
Im going caamping and want to be able to mix my drinks along with my mates :/

Several things...without trying to sound like a prude...because I'm a drinker too.

You don't have to try to keep up with your mates in drinking. It is really juvenile.

You should know that camping out is different than being indoors. Your body has to work harder to maintain proper temperature in extremes of summer and winter, and adjust for moisture and hydration in the presence of things like humidity and wind, sunlight, rain. All this kind of throws off your metabolism and your immunity. Lots of time outdoors is definitely a healthy thing to do...but it does require that your body react to it's surroundings to keep you healthy and comfortable. Which means that how you handle alcohol when you are at home or at the club is DIFFERENT than how you will handle alcohol out in the wilderness, or on a boat, or UGH. Hiking...don't even throw alcohol into the picture if you are dealing with mountains or altitude.

As for your drinking episode beer and three mixed drinks could make a person sick, but I bet for you "hang" for two days, something else was wrong. Maybe the juice and cream didn't sit right. Or maybe you mixed too strong. OR maybe you had a stomach bug already. Maybe it's just not your drink.

If you are looking forward to this trip and it is going to be a memorable experience, and especially if you can't just pick up and go home...you may just want to NOT drink or stick with one or two beers. You don't want to be miserable and sick on a camping trip. It sucks.

I run from 5am to 6am and lift weights Mon.- Fri. from 3pm to 5pm after I get out of school.

This looks real good!! The only thing I didn't like so much is the Meal Replacement... I have always felt it's better to eat whole food if you can. You may also think about adding in some of those crossfit.com workouts. they seem to shred the body pretty quick!!!
