Looking for folks who have done a parasite/liver/kidney/colon cleanse?

I am embarking on Dr. Hulda Clark's 20-day parasite cleanse program (of which I have read mixed reviews). Has anyone out there had success with any type of cleanse protocols that they would like to share? I want to make sure my body is cleansed and free of any parasites (without falling prey to scams if possible). If you have a personal story good or bad please share! Thanks:)

The Raw and Living Food Diet. It's the most natural (and the cheapest) way to clean your system. You're body naturally detoxifys itself and by eating only raw fruits and veggies and limiting to peppermit tea, chamomile tea and water. you're giving your body the break it needs to cleans itself. I've included a link to a forum where there's a group of people who do a 30 day raw food diet together, but all over the world.

what are some colon cleansers or detoxification methods that I can get over the counter at local drug stores?

I know that one is supposed to detox their bodies every 6 months. The first time I did it was was in April and I did the Lemonade diet. Now, another one is past due but I want to try a different one. Anybody know of any other good detoxing systems?

has anyone heard of or done the lemonade diet aka the master cleanse?

its a body cleanse where you can only drink lemonade with maple syrup and cyan pepper for a minimum of 10 days.

I've done this cleanse multiple times (among other fast cleanses.) This is a very powerful elixir that helps cut hunger, the maple syrup helps provide nutrition during the fast and the lemon juice/cayenne have obvious benefits in regards to immune system, parasitic removal (though I've never experienced that thankfully, lol) and an overall sense of well being when taken daily during the fast.

Make sure you use grade b organic maple syrup, can be slightly expensive..around 10-18 dollars fora jug of it, but this makes a difference as the grade is the reason you are using maple syrup - for the extra vitamins and nutrients found in it. I'd go ahead and use organic lemons/cayenne also. The lemons can be sort of a pain so when I do this extended I like to juice multiple ones and have the fresh juice stored in the fridge for when I need it.

For an extra boost add 1 tbsp psyllium husk in the mornings and take a digestive tea of some sort at nite. Variants of this cleanse, perhaps even the original ask to have you do a saline/ sea salt flush by drinking like 1 qt salt water in the mornings..I cant stomach this, so I skip it.

Full 10 days isnt required, especially if you arent used to fasting..if you pull thru 3-4 you'll feel great. Clarified, mental sharpness, nasal system clear of mucus, and all sense of smell and taste are extremely heightened.

Like with any fast when you break this, start with some fresh fruits throughout the first days mixed with some fruit juices (not corn syrup reconstituted ones.)

Good Colon-Detoxification Cleanser?

Any recommendation on a good colon-detoxification cleanser? I need something that will actually work. I'm suffering from constipation and feel miserable. I need to cleanse my digestive system. Your suggestion will greatly be appreciated.

I have done quite a bit of searching over this question myself and I'd be really glad if my finding can be useful to you.

First of all, you'll find a lot of stuff everywhere about detox by fasting, or drinking only lemon juice. However, most of this stuff will work in short term. The moment you go back on your normal diet, you'll start having the problems again.

The only diet that will provide a more permanent solution is by changing your eating habits over the long term. Don't try to give up on just one kind of food cold turkey. In long term, your goal should be to switch to food that is more wholesome ( as less processed as possible) food - fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats. And you should pick your own pace rather than following some one else's prepared plan. For example, you can start by not eating meat in one of your meals everyday. Remember, long term detox will only be affective if you shift your eating habits to vegetables and fruits and other wholesome natural foods.

I know it is not so easy to make these habit changes. I suffered from binge eating habits once. After scores of crash diet, the only thing that worked for me (both for colon-detoxification and weight loss) was nice and slow change.

Actually I just had a HIDA scan and found out I need my gall bladder out. It wasn't my colon after all. Thanks for everyone's help, though!!

If you want to try something without using drugs, you can try what oncology suggests. First thing in the morning before eating anything, drink a warm glass of prune juice followed by a glass of cold water. That may help soften the stool to rid your colon of build up waste.

I know that all humans have harmful toxins in their body and I've heard it said, that all humans have parasites.

I have Fybromyalgia, arthritis, IBS, skin eruptions etc ....
