Any reason I dont have any energy all of a sudden?

I run 30+ miles a week and go to the gym. I eat a good whole balanced diet that includes whole grains, fruits, vegtables and proteins. I only drink Green Tea and water (occasionally juice).

I usually have alot of energy but this week I dont have ANY.
Whole Grains = Whole Grain breads, Pastas, etc...

I run alot and always make sure to include carbohydrates.
I have protein with every meal, including a protein shake for breakfast.

im sure you know that eating carbs will give you a quick boost of energy, and you should eat them before a workout, however im concerned if you are getting enough protein in your diet. every person needs the same amout of protein as their weight, so if you weigh 150 lbs you should try and eat 150 g of protein or more. I know that I used to fill not energized at all but when i started to eat more protein, and eat carbs before a workout, I felt better and more energized.

What is the best energy multivitamin for a teenager?

Hi im 16 and i have a huge workload because i am in a different school system. Also after school i play lots of sports throughout the whole year, I have a pretty bad diet and im not about to improve so please don't suggest that. the last question i posted about losing weight someone told me to try this and i was reading on it and it sounds great but i have never taken a diet pill before i am 18 and i just had a baby 2 weeks ago (im still breastfeeding every now and than) i was wondering if anyone knows about this pill if it really works or not and is it safe to take (especially while breastfeeding) also it says for best results to get something called the ultimate flush have you heard about this pill and is it safe to take.

As far as I can tell, there are no proven weight loss benefits from the acai berry, juice, or capsules.

It does seem to be a great supplement (I take it, but don't sell the stuff!) and is full of anti oxidents, which help prevent damage to your body. But that's what you should take it for, not weight loss or fat burning.

The acai berry itself is an amazing thing - has a lot of anti oxidents etc and is really good for you.

But there's nothing really to suggest in scientific terms that it helps with weight loss.

And there are a lot of scams out there, be careful where you buy it from!

I take it, and I think I feel healthier and better. But it's not some type of magic formula, sorry.

You can buy it in different forms - juice, capsules, etc. Or as a powder which you can add to other juices or smoothies.

You can buy it online, but be careful. If you are looking on-line, personally I'd go for a company which sells more than just one thing, and has a range of supplements or juices, they are more likely to be in it for the long term and not ripping you off.

You can also buy it in local health food shops, do a search for ones near you. I've bought it from Amazon, and from Holland and Barrett, which is a UK health food shop.

And don't worry about fats as you will get some which stays hidden in your food.

Starchy carbs are fine in mornings and early afternoons but eat only green veggies for carbs in dinner
