How do I increase strength, muscle mass and achieve weight loss?

I've been hitting the gym for the past year, however not as intense as I'd like because I moved across the country. One concept I never understood is how do I increase my strength? And is it possible to build muscle mass while attempting to achieve weight loss? Currently I lift weights prior to cardio, is this the proper method?

Which Glucosamine Supplement do you use for your arthritic dogs?

Hi all,
I'm researching high quality glucosamine/chondroitin supplements for my goldren retriever, who has moderate arthritis.

I am only looking at animal specific products, as only they contain manganese, which dogs need to properly absorb the glucosamine. Please don't answer by telling me that the human supplements are cheaper and just as good; they are not, as they do not contain the manganese.

Which products do you use or have heard good things about? Cosequin? Synflex? Natural Science? Others?

I'd like to find something I can purchase in a retail store, but realize that many products are online only...

I give my dog Dasuquin and he's also on Rimadyl. I was getting the dasuquin from the Vets for awhile but now i order it online.

Slimming Sweat Sauna
Does anyone know if those slimming/ sauna suits work?

I was just curious to kno if those slimming/sauna suits really work. You kno it has the long sleeved shirt and the pants and it is supposed to make you sweat more when you work out. Does it really help you lose weight? Just curious!!

Applying to the area heat and steam= I would think at first they do function. But then the chafing issue. I think then these are bogus and someone needs an actual sauna and forget about that belt. No flesh area of the body was meant to boiled until lobster red ew (and neither were poor lobsters)
